1. Who is eligible to enter the competition?
The festival is open to both physical and legal entities. Works must have been created in Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia, or under the leadership of authors from these countries and implemented within those territories.
2. What is the eligibility period for submitted works?
All creative works must have been realized between March 1, 2025, and May 1, 2026. Only realized projects qualify; concepts or ideas will not be evaluated.
3. Can I submit the same work in multiple categories?
Yes, but each must be submitted as a separate entry for each specific category. Note that works submitted in any previous ADWARDS festival are not eligible for re-submission.
4. How much are the submission fees?
4. How much are the submission fees? Fees vary by category, membership status, and submission timing: Campaigns: 200 EUR to 300 EUR. Singles & Series: 150 EUR to 250 EUR. Young Creative Category: A flat fee of 30 EUR.
5. What is the "One Agency One Brief" principle for Young Creatives?
In the Young Creative category, an agency, individual, or group may only submit one entry per specific client brief. This ensures the jury evaluates an agency's single best solution rather than multiple variations of the same project.
6. How does the scoring system work for the awards?
Points are awarded to determine the "Baltic Agency of the Year": Shortlist: 0.5 points Bronze: 3 points Silver: 5 points Gold: 10 points Grand Prix: 20 points If a work wins a medal, the Shortlist point is added to the total (e.g., Gold = 10.5 points).
7. When and where is the festival held?
The festival is scheduled for May 14–15, 2026, in Riga. Main ticket prices for the Full Access Pass (including the Gala Ceremony and Afterparty) are 249 EUR, with an Early Bird price of 199 EUR available until March 1.
